The offer, sale and any related activity on adriaticoriccione.com are governed by the General Conditions of Sale.

Each individual product purchased on adriaticoriccione.com is sold directly by ADRIATICO DI TENTONI ANDREA & C. SNC., with registered office in Via Maria Ceccarini, 53, 47838, Riccione (RN) VAT number 04726610407.

TERMS OF SALE

  • Adriaticoriccione.com, which operates as a seller, sells goods and/or services by carrying out its e-commerce activity only and exclusively towards those final subjects who can be identified as “Final Consumers”. “Final Consumer” means a natural and/or legal person who purchases for purposes unrelated to his/her entrepreneurial or professional activity. The seller reserves the right not to follow up on orders from subjects other than “Final Consumers” and in any case on orders that do not comply with our commercial policy.
  • These General Conditions of Sale are applicable only to the offer, forwarding, acceptance and subsequent fulfillment of orders for the purchase of goods and/or services on adriaticoriccione.com.

HOW TO BUY

To make a purchase on adriaticoriccione.com via the web you must be at least 18 years old and possess the necessary requirements to be able to enter into legally binding contracts: have a valid e-mail address, have a valid credit card for payment or a verified Paypal account or a bank account.

If you meet these requirements, you can proceed with the purchase by filling out the order form in electronic format and sending it to the seller following the instructions provided.

The order form will contain:

  1. Buyer data
  2. Product name, product code and link to it;
  3. Price;
  4. Payment method used
  • The above contract must be considered concluded once it has been sent electronically. Before sending, please carefully check the data entered. If there are errors and/or omissions, you will be asked to make corrections and/or additions.
  • Before completing the purchase of goods and/or services, you can read and download the “General Conditions of Sale”, which also contain information regarding the Right of Withdrawal, and the Privacy Policy. Completing the order and sending it electronically will implicitly imply knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the “General Conditions of Sale” active on adriaticoriccione.com. If you do not agree with all or part of some of our conditions of sale, please do not complete the purchase and do not send the relevant form.
  • Once the contract has been sent, adriaticoriccione.com will take charge of your purchase order. The order form you sent will be stored in our database for the period of processing the order and in accordance with the law.
  • Once adriaticoriccione.com has received your purchase order, you will be sent, via email, an email containing a summary of all the essential information of your order.

Adriaticoriccione.com reserves the right not to proceed with your purchase order if there are:

  1. Products unavailable;
  2. Lack of solvency guarantee;
  3. Incomplete and/or incorrect data.

adriaticoriccione.com will take care of informing you by email and/or telephone that your order has not been completed, specifying the reasons.

If during the online purchase, one or more products are no longer available at the time of sending the order form (even if by mistake), we will take care of communicating it to you as soon as possible in order to offer you an alternative product or proceed with the possible refund.

No responsibility can be recognized by adriaticoriccione.com in case of unavailability of products.

By sending the order form, you confirm your knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale, the General Conditions of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Right of Withdrawal .

WARRANTY AND PRICE

  • The goods and/or services offered for sale on adriaticoriccione.com are of the highest quality and are all purchased by adriaticoriccione.com from suppliers selected for their reliability and quality.
  • The products and/or services for sale on adriaticoriccione.com are not used, irregular or of lower quality standards than the market.
  • For each article and/or service there is a description and/or an image: adriaticoriccione.com declines all responsibility in the event that, due to a configuration of your computer, the photographs, characteristics and colours of the products present slight differences compared to the original ones. (A possible deviation of images and colours from reality may depend on the browser used for navigation and/or your monitor).
  • The price of each good and/or service is expressed in EURO (VAT INCLUDED) and may be subject to continuous updates. Please always check before placing an order.
  • If you exercise your right of withdrawal, adriaticoriccione.com has the right to not accept the return of products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.
  • Shipping costs are not included in the price and will be charged separately. The price may vary depending on the country of shipment. For all the details regarding shipping costs and times you can consult the paragraph "Shipping costs and times" below. In any case they will always be visible on our site at the time of ordering, by entering the shipping address.
  • It is understood that in the event of any discrepancy, the web pages published on adriaticoriccione.com are authoritative.

PAYMENT METHODS

To make the payment for goods and/or services and related shipping costs, we invite you to choose the methods that adriaticoriccione.com offers you in the order form and that you will find illustrated below.

Credit card

At the time of purchase, Customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system. Purchases can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and UnionPay.

 Bank transfer

By choosing to pay by bank transfer, at the end of the order the customer automatically sees the bank details of adriaticoriccione.com

The goods will then be set aside pending the arrival of the transfer to our account. The customer is required to send a copy of the bank transfer via email (specifying the order number in the reason for payment), within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation . If adriaticoriccione.com does not receive a copy of the payment within this period , it will cancel the order. The goods will be shipped only when the amount of the bank transfer is physically credited to our current account at our bank.

Any additional costs on the transfer applied by the customer's bank are the responsibility of the customer, including any import and/or customs clearance taxes in the case of foreign transfers.

By choosing the PAYPAL payment method the customer can pay directly through his PayPal account.

SHIPPING

Shipping Info

  • Orders are delivered by our Express Couriers from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Deliveries are to be understood as “AT STREET FLOOR”.
  • Please provide a valid address to which the goods can be delivered during delivery hours. 
Once the shipment has been forwarded, it will no longer be possible to change the destination address.
  • All our shipments are insured against theft, loss and damage from the moment they are entrusted to the Courier for shipment until delivery to the recipient. Once delivered to the indicated address and collected, the goods are no longer insured.
  • If upon receipt of the shipment, the packaging is damaged or has imperfections, you can: accept the shipment with reservation , that is, by writing RESERVATION on the waybill before signing for acceptance, specifying the reasons and promptly communicating, where possible, the extent of the damage. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.
  • All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with adriaticoriccione.com and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package.
  • If the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
  • For any delays in delivery due to the courier, no responsibility can be attributed to adriaticoriccione.com.

Shipping costs and times

Italy:

FOR ORDERS OVER 250.00 EUROS, SHIPPING IS FREE (except during sales and special promotions).

  • Shipping cost for amounts under 250.00 euros: 10€
  • Shipping times: delivery within 1/2 working days from payment.

Europe:

  • Shipping cost: 35€
  • Shipping times: delivery within 1/2 working days from payment.

IMPORTANT: Any taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal without any penalty, within 5 days of receiving the goods, by giving written notice to the seller via email.

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you will have to return the purchased item within the peremptory term of 5 days.

Adriaticoriccione.com reserves the right not to accept any returns beyond the indicated terms.

Return Procedure:

To request a return authorization, you will need to:

  1. Send an email to info@adriaticoriccione.com , indicating all the order details (name and surname, order number, price and item code).
  2. Make sure you return the products completely intact in all their parts, including labels, pendants and anything else and including all their original packaging.
  3. Only after receiving the RMA number (Return Authorization Code) from adriaticoriccione.com, you can proceed with the return of the goods via our courier. All you have to do is prepare the package and print the documents that we will send you; we will take care of the rest.

Please note that only returns from the same country where the order was delivered will be accepted.

We remind you that the return shipping is at the buyer's expense as well as any customs fees and duties.

Changes:

It is possible to request a size/color change where available.

The costs of returning the goods are always borne by the buyer.

Reimbursement:

After the return of the products, adriaticoriccione.com will carry out the necessary checks relating to the conformity and conditions of the same, according to our “Terms and Conditions”.

We will then undertake to refund, including delivery costs, as quickly as possible via bank transfer. Re-credit times may vary depending on the interbank circuits up to a maximum of 30 days from the reversal.

The only expenses that will not be refunded to you will be those for the return of the Return.

Terms and Conditions:

·       Adriaticoriccione.com reserves the right not to accept the return of products that have been used, altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been washed or damaged or that, in any case, are not in the same condition in which they were received (see point 2. of the “Return Procedures”).

·       Adriaticoriccione.com reserves the right not to proceed with the refund in the event of unauthorized Returns or those that do not comply with our Return Policy. In such cases, the products will therefore remain in storage at our warehouse available to the customer for collection at his/her own expense.

·       In the event that the customer receives defective or non-compliant goods, he/she must promptly notify us by email at info@adriaticoriccione.com specifying whether he/she wishes to replace the item or receive a refund. Adriaticoriccione.com reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • The General Conditions of Sale of adriaticoriccione.com are governed by current Italian legislation and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (“Consumer Code”) with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 regarding certain aspects of e-commerce.
  • In the event of disputes between the Seller and the end user, the competent court will be that of Rimini.

CHANGES, ADDITIONS AND UPDATES

  • Adriaticoriccione.com reserves the right to make changes, additions and updates whenever it deems appropriate and/or in response to regulatory changes.
